management, and various E-Commerce developments. Started Dec. 2000,
I was further recruited by BEA Support Team because of my in-depth
skills of Weblogic cluster, load balancing, and various operating
systems in order to provide critical support to Weblogic customers
and BEA consultants to resolve issues occurred during architectural
                 design, development, and production.

B2B e-commerce - I was heading the Web client interface development

by a major product provider in the USA to create a B2B e-commerce
with online ordering and transaction via Ariba technology.

E-Solutions - I was involved with a client interface development
using JSP/Servlet to integrate with Weblogic, Tuxedo, and Corba

and a Unix system Administrator to provide production system setup
and performance turning for US West Wireless. I also headed the
Web interface development to migrate the old Perl/CGI production
system onto a Weblogic based JSP/Servlet system.

Clustering - I was presented to US West IT as a Senior Architect
and a Cluster Expert to provide a cluster architectural design,
capacity planning, network analysis, system integration, and
Weblogic clustering setup. I also prepared Unix tuning,
disaster-recovery, and maintenance guidelines for the customer
in order to meet their production needs. In addition, I had
provided development guidelines for writing clustering aware
                 applications for software engineers’ onsite.

BEA Support Team - I was recruited by BEA Support Team because of
my in-depth knowledge of Weblogic Clustering and extended
experiences in Web development, network admin, and multi-platform
system administrations in order to provide critical support and
solutions to our customers and BEA-consultants working at client
site. Support issues may involve complicated system integration,
architectural design, network and firewall barrier, database
multi-pooling, and application coding issues. Customers may need
assistance with integrating legacy systems or combining third
party products, such as IBM Tivoli Policy Director, CISCO Director,
Hardware Load Balancer, Apache/iPlanet/IIS Web servers into the
